Alison Jeni is the editor of Scottish Theatre Blog and is mad about all things theatre.
She is a Drama and Performance graduate from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh and has 14 years of experience in both amateur and professional settings. Most recently, Alison Jeni was involved in the show Girls Night for a free fringe run with ~7~ Theatre Collective.
Alison Jeni began reviewing last year under Theatre Scotland and has since had one of her reviews publish in The List online magazine.

In normal circumstances, you would be reading reviews about live performances that have been performed right here in Scotland. However, due to the Corona Virus pandemic, this is no longer able to happen due to all theatres across the nation being closed. So you may be wondering, how am I going to read reviews about Scottish Theatre? Well to answer your question, reviews will still be published but they will be about the theatre shows which have been made accessible to the public through various streaming platforms such as YouTube.
We have decided to review some of these shows as they are so accessible and also they are shows we have been dying to see and otherwise would not have had the chance to experience.
